Get ready, book lovers! The Spine Bookshop proudly presents Once Upon A Page 2026 - a book and story con, a two-day celebration of local and independent authors, readers, narrators, and the art of storytelling — happening right in the heart of Smyrna, TN, right outside of Nashville, TN.
This year’s event will bring together writers of all genres — from fantasy and romance to poetry and children’s literature — for a weekend packed with author signings, panel discussions, giveaways, and community fun. Whether you’re an avid reader, a writer with dreams of publishing, or just love a good story, Once Upon A Page will be a weekend you won’t want to miss.
“Our goal with Once Upon A Page is simple,” said Lindsay Schultz, owner of The Spine Bookshop and event organizer. “We want to celebrate storytelling in all its forms — to connect readers with authors, writers with narrators, lift up independent voices, and remind people that local bookstores are where community happens.”
